Agabu is completely off-grid. We therefore have to produce our own electricity: Solar, Batteries, Inverter, etc..

We want to provide a somewhat Western standard in the guestrooms: Running water, a toilet, sink, and shower per room!

Doors & Windows
A local welder is building our Windows. They are even able to open and close - so that we can get some fresh air.

Roofing
The roof is gonna be made out of metal - like this, termites won't eat it away within a few years.

Foundation
We need to build a good foundation in order to cope with heavy rainfalls and aggressive termites.

Walls
We're about to build the walls of the guesthouse, including state-of-the-art windows and doors.
